Cyclonic circulation over Assam | Rains to continue

As per the latest Skymet weather reports, a cyclonic circulation is over Assam and moist winds are affecting over northeastern states. Light to moderate rains will continue over the northeastern states along with West Bengal.

Heavy rain is expected at isolated places of Assam and Meghalaya on July 16.

Showers are expected to subside on July 17 with moderate to high rainfalls over isolated areas of Assam.

Scattered rainfall shall be experienced in the region in the next two subsequent days. However, thunderstorm is expected in some parts of Assam on July 18.

Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura are likely to experience heavy showers on July 19, as per the IMD.
