A tragic accident took place at Narayanpur in Lakhimpur claiming one life after a Swift Dzire car fell into a gorge. One person of a family died while the other is missing after the accident.

Thedeceased has been identified as Kaushik Bora and the brother Debojit Bora ismissing. Another person was injured in the accident.

Meanwhile,police and SDRF have launched the search operation but have not yet foundDebojit Bora.

Thecar bearing registration number AS07-G-4188 lost control after which it fellinto the gorge at Modarguri National Highway.

On the other hand, another accident took place at Demow when a Tata Ace hit a bike injuring three persons.

The injured Debram Tai, Phatik Tai, and Bipul Tai have been rushed to the hospital after the accident.
