The Food Safety Department conducted a raid today at hotels and restaurants in Guwahati. Two famous restaurants were handed out closure notice for 10 days to improve their quality. The raid was carried out at the Mughlai Darbar in Christian Basti and Emperor China in RG Baruah Road.

According to the raid both the restaurants were caught forserving unhealthy food to its customers. The officials checked the hygienestandards of the kitchen and the quality of food products.
