Bombay HC To Hear Arnab’s Bail Plea Today

Republic TV editor-in-chief Arnab Goswami's petition hearing for an interim relief will be heard on Saturday afternoon.

The Bombay High Court on Friday adjourned the hearing of his bail plea and stated the hearing will be resumed today in a special sitting as the court goes on holiday.

According to a NDTV report, a division bench of Justice SS Shinde and Justice MS Karnik will hear the respondent, the state government and Anvay Naik's family's petition.

Meanwhile, Goswami is kept at a Zilla Parishad school in Raigad that was turned into a quarantine centre for those arrested.

The Chief Judicial Magistrate had rejected the police's plea for police custody of Goswami instead he was sent to a 14-day judicial custody by the Chief Judicial Magistrate in Alibaug.
