Aryan Khan has been granted bail by the Bombay High Court after more than three weeks of being remanded to judicial custody.

Justice NW Sambre during the hearing also allowed bail to his friends and co-accused in the matter, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.

The 23-year-old son of Shah Rukh Khan has been in custody since October 3, hours after drugs raids on a cruise ship party. He has been in Arthur jail since October 8.

Aryan Khan had been denied bail twice before.
