Food delivery boy receives Rs 1 lakh reward

Minister of State for Labour and Employment Santosh Kumar Gangwar honoured a food delivery boy Siddrameshwar Siddharam Humanabade with a reward of one lakh rupees on the first day of 2019.  He had saved the lives of ten persons  during the fire  at ESIC Hospital in Mumbai last month.

The Minister said, Siddrameshwar continued to rescue the victims until he started feeling uncomfortable due to toxic gases due to the fire.

Gangwar praised the selfless service of Siddrameshwar and said that he has set an example for the whole ESIC team working in Hospitals and other units of ESIC.
