The BJP will continue with its policy of wait and watch!

High drama was witnessed in Mumbai on Monday evening as Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari invited Sharad Pawar-led NCP to stake government after Shiv Sena failed to submit letter of support from NCP and Congress within the deadline of 7:30pm. NCP has time till 8:30pm tomorrow to form the government.

The governor's decision came after Uddhav Thackeray's son Aaditya sought three more days to prove majority. However, the governor rejected their demand.

The BJP will continue with its policy of wait and watch, says senior leader Sudhir Mungantiwar.

BJP sources say they are still waiting and watching and it is not over yet as people of Maharashtra will see "who works in their interest and who is only power hungry".

The Sena, the second-largest party in the 288-member House with 56 MLAs after the BJP's 105 members, stepped up efforts to grab power in the politically crucial state.
