INX Media: Now Indrani Mukerjea seeks to turn approver

Former director of INX Media Indrani Mukerjea  and co-accused in suspected corruption case has sought to become an approver in the case.

Almost a year after Indrani Mukerjea gave her "confessional statement" before a magistrate in connection with the INX Media case, she recently letter written to Patiala House Court in Delhi seeking  grant of pardon as an accused.

The court has asked her to appear before it via videoconferencing as she is currently facing murder charge for allegedly murdering her own daughter Sheena Bora, for which she is currently under trial in Byculla jail in Mumbai.
