J&K: 2 Terrorists Killed In Another Encounter In 12 Hours

Two terrorists were neutralised in an encounter that broke out in Jammu and Kashmir's Hardumir Tral area on Saturday, the ANI reported via Twitter.

Earlier, the Kashmir Zone Police had informed that an encounter had broken out between terrorists and security forces at Hardumir Tral area of Awantipora.

It wrote on Twitter, "#Encounter has started at Hardumir, #Tral area of #Awantipora. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice".

Meanwhile, the two militants gunned down in the encounter remain unidentified, informed Kashmir Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir Vijay Kumar.

A search was on and further details would follow, Kashmir Police further informed.

Notably, this is the second encounter in the last 12 hours.
