J&K: 3 militants gunned down

Three unidentified militants were killed in an encounter with the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district on Monday, Kashmir zone police said.

Early morning, through a tweet today, the police informed, "Encounter has started at Khulchohar area of Anantnag," adding, "Jammu and Kashmir Police and security forces are on the job".

The tweet further said, "Identification being ascertained. Search is going on".

In a recent development, the police have informed among the three militants. Hizbul Mujahideen commander Masood was killed in the encounter.
