Kashmir paralysed as Separatists call for shutdown

In tense hit Kashmir where five civilians were killed in clashes with security forces on Sunday, Separatists have called for a shutdown in Shopian, Pulwama and other parts of South Kashmir on Monday.

In an encounter in Shopian's Badigam on Sunday five terrorists have been killed which also included a Kashmir University Professor Mohammad Rafi.

Security forces' combing and search operation led to the encounter in the concerned area.

Adding, on Saturday, in an encounter that took place in Chattabal area of Srinagar, three terrorists were killed and three security personnel were injured.
