Last rites of Sushma Swaraj performed

The last rites of former External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj were performed with State honours on Wednesday at Lodhi Crematorium in New Delhi. She passed away in last night after suffering a cardiac arrest. She was 67.

VicePresident M Venkaiah Naidu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP Veteran LK Advani,several union ministers including Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Congress leader GhulamNabi Azad and various other party leaders were present.

Earlier,President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and Prime MinisterNarendra Modi paid last tributes to Sushma Swaraj at her residence in New DelhiWednesday morning.
