Nepal’s PM, Modi launches direct bus service between Janakpur and Ayodhya

India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi today jointly inaugurated a direct bus service between Janakpur in Nepal and Ayodhya in India with Nepalese Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli.

Speaking on the occasion, Modi said, "India and Nepal will work towards building 'Ramayan' circuit between both the countries. He said this will act as foundation for strong people to people contact between the two nations."

"I am glad to be here in Janakpur. I am here to pay respects to King Janak and Mata Janaki. I thank the PM of Nepal Shri Oli for accompanying me during this visit to Janakpur," the Indian PM addressed.

Modi expressed happiness that Nepal is developing rapidly and said when he talks about 'Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas', he talks about neighbouring countries as well.
