Pervez Musharraf hospitalized in Dubai hospital

Former Pakistan president General Pervez Musharraf, who is suffering from a reaction from a rare disease, was rushed a hospital in Dubai after his condition worsened. Souces said that he is suffering from amyloidosis, a rare condition. According to All Pakistan Muslim League (APML), Musharraf has been advised complete bed rest by doctors till his full recovery. Musharraf's party requested Pakistanis to pray for his recovery.

Musharraf's illness had surfaced last October and at that time, as per reports, the General was treated in London. His All Pakistan Muslim League party said the former military ruler is expected to be released soon.
