Phase IV LS Polls : Campaign ends today

Campaigning for the fourth phase of voting in the Lok Sabha elections ends today. Over 12 crore 79 lakh voters will decide the fate of 945 candidates contesting from 71 constituencies in nine states on April 29 (Monday).Voting will take place in some seats of Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

Political leaders are leaving no stone unturned to reach to voters for their support in the upcoming election. Today at 5 PM, political parties have to end their campaigning session. A total of 152 candidates are in the fray from the 13 LS Seats in this phase.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi returns to the campaign trail today by addressing public rallies at Kannauj, Hardoi and Sitapur in Uttar Pradesh.

BJP President Amit Shah to address a public meeting in Odisha today. He will first address a campaigning rally at Morada of Mayurbhanj and then address a rally at Duburi in Jajpur.

Mayawati will take part in a public meeting to be held in Madhya Pradesh's Riwat.

Rahul will be in the Congress' mainstays of Amethi and Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh, while his sister and Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will lead a road show in Unnao and will address a public meeting at Barabanki, apart from leading a roadshow.
