Afterthe historic Ayodhya verdict, the Supreme Court willpronounce the verdict on a batch of review petitions filed in both Rafale andSabarimala cases on Thursday.

The Sabarimala verdict will be delivered by aconstitution bench comprising CJI Ranjan Gogoi, Justices Rohinton Fali Nariman,AM Khanwilkar, DY Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra. On the other hand, a three-judgebench comprising CJI Gogoi, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and KM Joseph willpronounce the Rafale verdict following the Sabarimala's judgment.

In Sabarimala case, the apex court had on September 28in 2018 lifted a ban on the entry of women aged between 10 and 50 years intothe premises of Lord Ayyappa temple in Sabarimala. Later, the order wasreserved by the court in February this year.

Meanwhile, in the Rafale case, the petitioners hadmoved the top court seeking review of its verdict which dismissed a pleachallenging India's agreement with France for procurement of 36 Rafale fighterjets. The verdict on the Rafale case was reserved in May.
