The National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) examinations are being held on Sunday.

The exams are being conducted in four centres across Guwahati. More than 500 candidates are appearing at the TC School, Guwahati Club Centre. The exam began at 10 am and will continue until 5 pm.

A common exam is being held for selection to NDA and NA. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the exams twice a year: in April and September. However, due to the outbreak of coronavirus this year, the April examination was not conducted. The UPSC decided to conduct both the exams together.
