FIFA World Cup 2018 Update | England books Round of 16 berth, Poland and Panama cast off

On the eleventh day of the FIFA World Cup 2018, England slammed Panama 6-1 while Colombia kicked Poland out of the tournament.

In the Group G game, England's six goals were scored by its finest; two by John Stones, three by Harry Kane and one by Jesse Lingard. Panama's Felipe Baloy made history by being the first player from the debuting nation to score a goal at the World Cup.

In the two Group H matches, Japan and Senegal played to a draw while Colombia defeated Poland 3-0.

Japan's goals were scored by Takashi Inui and Keisuke Honda and Senegal's were scored by Sadio Mané and Moussa Wagué. In the match between Colombia and Poland, the former's goals were scored by Yerry Mina, Radamel Falcao, and Juan Quadrado.

The English team has qualified for the Round of 16 while Panama and Poland have been eliminated from the tournament.
