Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un to meet on June 12

US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un are scheduled to meet on June 12 in Singapore. Trump said that a US team has arrived in North Korea to prepare for the proposed summit between him and Kim Jong Un.

Through twitter Trump said that he truly believes North Korea has brilliant potential and will be a great economic and financial nation one day.

On the other hand, the State Department has said that US and North Korean delegations are holding talks at the truce village of Panmunjom in the demilitarized zone (DMZ) which divides North and South Korea.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said that a pre-advance team is headed to Singapore to prepare for the summit.
