The meeting aims to assess the organisational strength of the Congress across various districts of the state.

According to party sources, each observer will be required to present a detailed report on the ground-level organisational status of the Congress in the respective districts assigned to them. The observers are expected to provide insights into the current structure, strengths, and challenges faced by the party units at the district level.

Earlier, on June 11, Gogoi had chaired a strategy meeting following which 88 observers were deployed to different districts to conduct grassroots assessments. The findings and reports compiled by the observers will serve as the basis for a possible overhaul of leadership roles across various levels, including district, block, and mandal presidents.

Gogoi is expected to chair three separate district-wise meetings tomorrow as part of this ongoing organisational review exercise.
