The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Assam Pradesh president Sidhanku Ankur Barua said that the youth rode their motorcycles from as far as over 300 kilometres, in some cases, highlighting the love and support they have for PM Modi.
He thanked the cabinet ministers Jayanta Mallabaruah and Pijush Hazarika, who are overseeing the mega rally, while saying that today's youth workers will be the future of the party in the coming times.
The state BJP Yuva Morcha is ready and prepared. They have shown us their grit and support having arrived in Guwahati from far off places. The Yuva Morcha is always behind the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister. We have showcased our strength to the best of our capability. Our youth have expressed their love towards PM Modi riding from distances exceeding 300 kilometers in some cases.

The BJYM workers have been riding for the last few days from across Assam to reach Guwahati in time for PM Modi's arrival. They will act as volunteers today at the mass gathering in Khanapara. All of their efforts go to show their love, support and belief on the party and its activities.

Two women motorcycle riders from Assam's Kaliabor arrived at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhawan in Guwahati as the BJP Yuva Morcha workers from across the state reached the party headquarters ahead of a mega bike rally planned today.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi's popularity is such that workers have not only arrived from the districts adjacent to Guwahati but also from Sivasagar, Jorhat, Kaliabor, Bongaigaon, etc., on their motorcycles.
The Yuva Morcha workers are scheduled to take out the bike rallies from BJP Bhawan to Khanapara field. The responsibility to oversee the successful conduction of the bike rally has fallen on Assam cabinet ministers Jayanta Mallabaruah and Pijush Hazarika, who welcomed the BJYM workers and interacted with them. The workers were informed about the intricacies of the rally planned today.
The workers will welcome PM Modi at Khanapara where a mass gathering will be addressed by the Prime Minister. The BJYM workers will act as volunteers after reaching the venue.
The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhawan, headquarters of the BJP in Assam was buzzing with activity throughout the night. A crowd of BJP Yuva Morcha workers gathered at the BJP Bhawan in Guwahati from across the state. As per reports, the arrived motorcycles having taken out rallies from different parts of the state.
Assam cabinet ministers Jayanta Mallabaruah and Pijush Hazarika welcomed them and had an interaction with them. MLA Diganta Kalita was also present alongside Yuva Morcha state president Sidhanku Ankur Barua.
PM Narendra Modi will be interacting with 150 eminent personalities at the Assam Administrative Staff College tomorrow.

Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi on Saturday arrived at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA) at Borjhar in Guwahati as part of his two-day visit.
Ahead of his arrival, the capital city of Guwahati has witnessed a makeover with beautification works going at every nook and corner. Especially at night, the city sparkles with lighting works done.
The measures were taken as the Prime Minister has decided to take a tour of the city and do away with the usual highway route from the airport to Koinadhora and instead travel through the heart of the city. This has prompted the state government to not leave any stone unturned in beautifying the entire city.
Ahead of PM Modi's impending arrival, some restrictions have been imposed on the movement of vehicles which will remain in force for February 3 and 4.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday addressed a media gathering over Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit detailing about the projects that he will dedicate during his stay.
The Assam CM said that PM Modi will arrive at around 7.30 pm in Guwahati. Following his arrival he will be attending a state BJP core committee meeting at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhawan and will spend the night at Brahmaputra State Guest House, the chief minister stated.
