Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Sanju’ enters 100-crore club

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanjay Dutt biopic 'Sanju' has set the box office on fire with its stunning collections. The film has grossed over Rs 120 crore in its first weekend, with Rs 34.75 crore on Friday, Rs 38.60 on Saturday, and Rs 46.71 crore on Sunday.

The film has dethroned several movies including Padmaavat, Race 3 and Baaghi 2 to become the biggest opening grosser of 2018.

Directed by critically acclaimed Bollywood director Rajkumar Hirani, the biopic has managed to win the hearts of audience and critics alike due to its efficient narrative and direction, and the stellar performance of Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt.

Also starring Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Dia Mirza and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles, Sanju has become the seventh film to enter the 100-crore club this year.
