Action director Veeru Devgan passes away

Veteran action director Veeru Devgan breathed his last atthe age of 85 years on Monday morning in Mumbai. The renowned stunt directorwas admitted into Mumbai hospital due to age related health issues.

The funeral will be held at 6 pm in Vile Parle crematoriumon Monday evening.

Veeru Devgan, also the father of Ajay Devgan hadchoreographed action sequences in over 80 Bollywood films from Shahenshah toKhoon Bhari Maang, especially in the nineties.  

He is also credited to introduce his son Ajay Devgan's grandentry into the films with Phool Aur Kaante in 1991.

The entire Bollywood industry is mourning at the loss of agreat action director.

Veeru Devgan is survived by his wife Veena Devgan, two sons-Ajay and Anil Devgan and two daughters- Kavita and Neelam Devgan.
