2 Assam tea farmers win ‘Farmer of the year’

Bringing laurels to Assam two tea farmers shine on National platform.

Demow Dhemesi's Bhabendra Mohan Borgohain and Sivsagar Namati's Rajesh Kumar Dutta wins best farmer awards.

Borgohain for the organic tea category and Dutta in the inorganic tea category, has been awarded the Aspee L.M. Patel Farmer of the year Award 2019.

The award was presented by renowned speaker Suresh Srivasan at the event that was held in Mumbai. Both the Assam farmers were awarded with Rs 50, 000 cash and a certificate of appreciation.
