20 illegal immigrants to be repatriated to B’desh May 04

Governmentof India is all set up to repatriate 20 Bangladesh citizens, who had beenproved to be living illegally in the country.

Thegovernment will undertake the repatriation process on May 04 and handover theillegal immigrants to the Bangladesh government. Out of the 20 repatriate, 19are hosted at the Silchar Detention Camp and one woman has been hosted at theKokrajhar Detention Camp.

Accordingto reports, the immigrants will be repatriated to Bangladesh from the KarimganjBorder. Border Security Force (BSF) will hand over the repatriates to theBangladesh Rifles (BDR).

It may be noted thatAlorani had been hosted at the Kokrajhar detention camp however, now has beentransported to the Silchar camp
