3 arrested JMB terrorists sent to police custody

Threealleged Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) terrorists, who were arrestedfrom different locations in Lower Assam, were sent to 8-day police custody by alocal court on Sunday.

MustafijurRahman and Danesh Ali from Sotola area and Safikul Islam from Jania area underBarpeta district were arrested by the Barpeta Police on Sunday.

Theywere produced before Bajali court by Bhabanipur police. The court on the pleaof Barpeta police granted them police custody.

Accordingto sources, the will be questioned about their connection with JMB, besides whothey were targeting to recruit. They will also be quizzed as to how many peoplethey had recruited till now, the source of money they were getting and theircontacts.
