88th session of Sankaradeva Sangha starts today

The 88th session of Srimanta Sankaradeva Sangha has began at at the Rasaraj Lakhsminath Bezbarua Samanway Khetra in Morigaon today.

The four-day long conference will witness literary sessions, books and journal release, cultural nights, Ankiya bhaonas and various discussions on religious and cultural issues. Lakhs of devotees are expected at the venue.

A huge foodcourt has also been set up where 10,000 people can have food at a time and almost 600 cooks have been engaged to make food day and night.
