AASAA Members Protest in Doomdooma

Members of the Doomdooma unit of All Assam Adivasi Students' Association have staged a sit-in in front of the office of the Doomdooma Circle Officer.

The members staged the protests demanding the ST status for the Adivasis and land patta for their houses.

The agitators also demanded that the daily wage of the tea labourers be increased to Rupees 351.
