APSC Scam: Agriculture officer Mrigen Haloi arrested
- The Assam police on Thursday arrested agriculture officer Mrigen Haloi.
- Haloi was arrested in a case registered with the Bhangagarh police station.
- He was arrested after day-long interrogation by a team of Assam police.
- Mrigen Haloi was allegedly involved in the infamous 'cash-for-job' scam during the tenure of suspended APSC chairman Rakesh Paul.
