BJP President Amit Shah and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee to lead the star campaigning trail today in the northeast.

Amit Shah is set to address three election rallies across the Northeast. With Assam on the list, the president will campaign in Nagaon district's Ahatguri.

The party president will also address a gathering in Bordumsa in Arunachal Pradesh's Changlang district and another in Manipur's Thoubal district.

Earlier, Shah had already addressed two rallies during a recent visit to Assam.

On the other hand, TMC chief Mamata Banerjee, is scheduled to address an election rally in Assam's Dhubri district today.
