Various organizations and famous personalities have come forward to help the flood-affected people in Assam in recent days. Adding one more name to the list, VIVO Northeast on Wednesday donated Rs. 10 lakhs to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF).

The representatives of VIVO Northeast handed over a cheque of Rs. 10 lakh to CM Sarbananda Sonowal today at the Assam Secretariat.

Itmay be mentioned here that earlier, Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and AmitabhBachchan have also donated Rs. 2 crore and Rs. 51 lakh respectively to floodaffected-Assam.
