Assam Governor Prof Jagadish Mukhi today caught the Morigaon Animal Husbandry official off guard when they took the Governor to a private Goatery farm claiming to be an official one.

An angry Governor asked the official to show what the Government department had done to improve Goatery even as the officials scratch their heads for an answer.

Later speaking on the occasion, the Professor asked the officials to work sincerely for the betterment of the rural people.
