Assam: 7-Foot-Long Python Rescued, Released Into The Wild

A 7-foot long huge python was rescued from a village in Assam’s Sivasagar district on Tuesday.

The python was first spotted by locals at a house in the village, after which they informed forest authorities and snake catchers.

The incident was reported from Banmukh Chutia village in the district.

Later, forest officials and a snake catcher jointly rescued the python and sent it for medical observation before sending it into the wild.
