In arecent reshuffling in Guwahati Police, Commissioner of Police IPS Deepak Kumarhas been promoted to a higher post.

IPS Kumar has been promoted to the post of Additional (addl.) DGP Special Branch, Assam.

At thesame time, IPS Harmeet Singh has also been promoted to the post of Addl. DGP(V&AC)
