As Assam reels under floods due to incessant rains, the Cotton University has postponed the admission date which was scheduled on Tuesday.

The University Registrar has informed that the admission for MA/MSc programme under the Cotton graduate category scheduled to be held on Tuesday has been postponed due to the worsening flood situation which wreaks havoc in the state. The registrar said that many students will not be able to come for admission for which the authorities have decided to postpone the admission.

He further informedthat the next date will be announced by the authorities soon.
