Couple accused of holding 3 hostages

In a sensational incident in Bihpuria, allegations of holding three persons as hostage has come to light.

According to reports, three persons from West Bengal have been kept hostage allegedly by one Najib Ahmed and his wife Rajina Ahmed.

Family members of the three persons have accused the couple of physically and emotionally assaulting the three hostages since March 01.

The three alleged hostages have been identified as New Jalpaiguri's Anima Prasad Lepsa, John Cruz Tirki and Ratneswar Rai.

It may be noted that Najib Ahmed has been detained by the Bihpuria Police.
