COVID-19: Sadiya MLA tests positive

Sadiya MLA and Bharatiya Janta Party leader Bolin Chetia have tested positive for coronavirus on Saturday.

The MLA has been admitted to Tinsukia Civil Hospital. Swab samples have been collected from Chetia's family members. In addition, swab samples of anyone who came in contact with Chetia will be collected.

Previously, two MLAs from BJP Krishnendu Paul and Narayan Deka had been tested positive for COVID-19.
