Faculty Higher Secondary School proprietor, Educationist Banti Bhuyan passed away in the wee hours of Sunday at Ayursundra Super specialty Hospital, Guwahati.

As per sources, she had been ill for the past few days.

Banti Bhuyan was the granddaughter of Dr. Surya Kumar Bhuiyan, who has made a significant contribution to the educational world of Assam.
