Golaghat Shop Open Even After Workers Turn COVID+

6 people working in a wholesale shop dealing with onions and potatoes in Golaghat have tested positive for COVID-19.

The people were in charge of carrying the bags of onions and potatoes. Meanwhile, people have started accusing the District Administration of not taking any action after the incident. As per sources, the shop is still functioning and selling potatoes and onions.

According to the Assam's government website on COVID-19, 272 people have been infected in Golaghat so far. Out of that, 184 cases are active, are 88 have recovered.
