The Crime Investigation Department of Guwahati Police has seized thirty thousand methamphetamine tablets on Wednesday.

The tablets are worth rupees thirty lakh.

One Muzibur Rahman has been detained in this connection. The CID officials have caught him red-handed with the banned recreational psychoactive drug near Hazi Musafirkhana in Islampur nearby to the Nehru stadium.
