The Organization for Socio Cultural Advancement of Rural People (OSCARP)on Saturday felicitated a Non-Resident Indian (NRI) as well as Assam son Dr.Karuna Sagar Das. Dr. Das has been living in the UK since 1977.

He has been continuously contributing to the Assamese literature as well as to the Assamese culture. The apex literary body Assam Sahitya Sabha along with Gauhati Commerce College (GCC) family also felicitated Dr. Das.

The felicitation programme was organized at Bhagaban Chandra Lahkar auditorium of GCC, where several renowned personalities of the State were also present.
