Guwahati to Get 2 New Flyovers: HBS

Assam PWD Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday announced that Guwahati will have two new flyovers. The new flyovers will be constructed at Super Market and Maligaon.

TheMinister announced that the foundation stone of Super Market flyover will belaid on Sunday from Janata Bhawan.

Sarma said that the flyover of Super Market will be 'T' shape and a part of the flyover will be joined at Dispur Last Gate. He further informed that the flyover will be 1400 meters long and the government has sanctioned Rs. 127 crore for the project.

Theminister also informed that the construction of the flyover will be completedwith 36 months.

He also said that the Ganeshguri Flyover will be completed by October 2020.
