High Court rejects Rakesh Paul’s bail plea

- He filed the petition against a case of CID no. 27/18.
- The court rejected the bail petition of Paul who has been in judicial custody.
- He was the prime accused in the infamous 'Cash-for-job scam' in the APSC.
