Himanta Interacts with Assam Returnee Students

As many as 140 Assam students who were stranded in Gujarat due to the COVID-19 forced lockdown arrived in Guwahati on Thursday.

Following their arrival, Assam Health and Education MinisterHimanta Biswa Sarma interacted with them and explained about the precautionsand mandatory formalities.

Now, they will now be kept under institutional quarantinefor their well being.
