Five poachers were arrested on Wednesday for organ smuggling of animals.

In a joint operation led by Hojai police and Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB), five poachers identified as Brij Kumar Singh, Mohan Kumar, Rahmat Ullah, Nizamuddin, and Biru Singh were arrested.

Along with their arrest, forest barks and other illegal goods were recovered.
