Reportedly, Dibrugarh police have been arrested one smuggler along with 13 Kg 500 grams of cannabis. The accused has been identified as Hemanta Das.
It may be stated that Hemanta Das admitted that the huge amount of cannabis have been smuggled from Tripura and Manipur.
