IAF An-32 missing for 8 days now

It has been eight days since the IAF An-32 went missing after taking off from Jorhat, Assam, yet there are no traces of the Aircraft.

According to an official release, the search was disrupted on day seven due to inclement weather condition posing obstacles in the search operation.

According to sources, it is being assumed that during the 35 minutes time elapse from take off and losing ATC ground control from Jorhat to Payum Circle, the fast flying aircraft might have reached or crossed Tato Circle towards Monigong in Arunachal Pradesh.

The Army, West Siang, Siang and Shi-Yomi administration is putting in all efforts to ensure all possible help and assistance to IAF by deputing local hunters and experts.

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced a reward of Rs. 5lakh for the one who provides credible information on the missing AN-32 aircraft with 13 on board personnel.
