Interrogationsof two dreaded Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) terrorists in West Bengalhave reportedly thrown up shocking plans for instigating jihad and terroristactivities in Assam. Investigators are trying to uncover possible modules ofJMB in Assam.

Accordingto reports, JMB had selected a group of 100 militants to execute their plans inthe State. Interrogations of two JMB militants identified as Izaz Ahmed andAsadullah have revealed the details.

They further revealed that they were planning to execute their plans with the help of Rohingyas in the State. It was also revealed that the terror outfit was involved in recruitment and raising funds for terrorist activities, procurement of explosives, chemicals, and assembling of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED).
