In a tragic incident on Tuesday, a woman was electrocuted to death by a live wire lying on the road in Kenduguri, Juria.

The deceased identified as Zainab Bibi was on her morning walk when the incident took place.

Locals have alleged negligence on the part of power department saying the electrical wire was rusted and worn.
