KNP Flood : Tiger lies under bed

The foresters of Kaziranga wildlife range had started an operation to rescue a Tiger from a dwelling house from Harmoti village under Bagari range in Kaziranga National Park (KNP).

Reportedly, the tiger entered the residence of Dipak Orang – a local of the area.

The foresters said that the leopard entered the house from KNP forests in quest of food. The village is adjacent to the National Park and there is a wildlife corridor linking the reserve forest.
